Reviewing 2014: Rosy Starling at Portland

One of the species I was too early for on Lesvos was Rose-coloured Starling, as they go through in mid-May. I didn't worry about that too much because I've seen quite a few in Britain over the years. Back when my mates and I used to go to the Scillies and Cornwall a lot, there would often be a vagrant Rosy around. 2014 saw an excellent influx of this species, and I saw one in Morrison's carpark in Penzance; plus this bird on Portland which I photographed. Belated pics. or what?!

Now I just need to photograph an adult. Hmmm... back to Greece again?! Happy Birding folks!
