Another feature of Spring birding in the Eastern Med. region is the large numbers of these diminutive members of the Whitethroat clan. This is partly because they winter in
East Africa and then migrate North through here, only fanning out East and West to Britain or Russia,etc. after the Sea is behind them. Lesvos was full of them, so I grabbed a few pics. to show you, even though I had lots more species to chose from...
